Wish I had some advice, but I dealt with a vaguely similar situation by switching schools, so I'm not much help.

I can send over my cousin if you like, he's kinda scary if need be. Or I have cousins that live on a farm and they have guns... Anyway, I feel sorry for you, especially with him watching you get out of your seat (perverted) and telling people you had sex with him in the school lift.
