I tried to promote these guys a few years ago on the board but didn't get much response, but they just finished recording their second album and it is much much much better. You can definitely hear a Muse/Keane/Radiohead influence on some of the new tracks.

 

And they are from my hometown and I personally know 3 of the band members which is pretty cool. Anyways check out their tunes and let me know what you think.

Haven't listened to any of their stuff in ages, so I paid a visit to their website... :stunned: Good grief... I don't remember them ever sounding that good before. They might actually go somewhere with this album.

Yeah, they've really stepped it up with this latest album.

They sound like Paloalto though, which is (or was) a pretty good band.

Can't say I can compare them to Coldplay, Radiohead or Keane on first listen.

So what, they did a cover. Thats better than doing a cover of a song that a million bands cover like Feeling Good.

It hasn't been released yet. I'm going to their show on Saturday and will get a copy of it then. If I feel generous I may upload a few songs, but not all of them because I know the guys...and well you can pre-order it :) They're not rich rock-stars yet....
