Hi I need some help desperatly, I have to write a paper about the uses and effects of the "hidruros", I don't know the word in english, those are the result of combining H + Any element (metal or non-metal) but I need to write one of ech type, metals and non-metals. please if someone can help me I'd be so so thankful, I can't find anything except how they are formed, examples, and how to name them.

yeah, all I get is the basic stuff: how they are obtained andexamples... not what the freaking fat teacher wants.
