I've never heard of Black Friday. Thanksgiving isn't celebrated here so that would be why. However, my town is having a festival called 'Kanamaroo' that day so all the shops will be having sales anyway and they will be opened all night with parades and just fun stuff! Yippee!

black friday is the day after thanksgiving when all the stores have their biggest sales or specials of the year. it's like the biggest day of the year for retailers because everyone goes in the morning to shop early... it's one of the biggest days probably until the week before christmas
