What helps you sleep?

Featured Replies

i have that same problem.

what i do is write down what i need to do the next day.

cause thats what keeps me awake thinking about all the stuff for the next day.

Drugs. That will help you sleep :nice:

No, but honestly..read a book until your eyes are exhausted. Or even do something tiring during the day so you'll be dead tired once night time comes by.

Nice avatar nicole!

Lavender does wonders.

But for me tonight...nothing is helping...

I watch tv until I can no longer fight sleep, but without any light other than whats coming from the tv. CSI sends me to sleep more than anything these days!!! Graham Norton is a no-no, he makes me laugh so much, it keeps me wide awake watching his show.

I always fall asleep listening to the song `trouble´,it seems that helps me sleep

I got a sleep mask......... :shifty:

Is that so you can't eat anyone or anything when sleep walking?

what? It's for the eyes.......

They are good if your room allows in light even when the curtains are drawn and the door is shut.

yeah but sometimes it bothers me so I end up taking them off.

What helps me a lot is hearing some music. Coldplay helps a lot. Also Keane
