February 15, 201016 yr Bleah I ate so much over CNY. I think I'm falling sick. How's your ulcer now rudz?
February 15, 201016 yr Bah humbug to Valentine's Day :P amen to that, sister! :P on another note: GONG XI FA CAI!!! here's to a good/prosperous Tiger year...RAWR!!! & just for the pure cheesy fun of it: "It's Tiger time!" + tonight, i met the 1st fellow Malaysian in my uni's Computer Science dept since i got here!!! & got to speak Malay to someone else after what seems like aaaaaages.... (cos the only other Malaysian i know here can't really speak Malay well)
February 15, 201016 yr Author Bleah I ate so much over CNY. I think I'm falling sick. How's your ulcer now rudz? Getting better. :nice: I got RM28 of angpows yesterday. :P And I'm going to Cameron Highlands today. :D
February 16, 201016 yr how is celebrating CNY @ Singapore like, Min? i heard firecrackers are not allowed. :disappointed:
February 16, 201016 yr I've never been to Cameron Highlands... I know. Shame on me. But yesterday I went to Genting! Walked around for an hour just to get out of the blazing hotness of KL and the rest of Malaysia, looked at some strawberries, bought a strawberry smoothie and then went down again. Anyway gong xi fa cai, y'all. The year of the tiger! That's my year! :D
February 16, 201016 yr ROARRRRRRR @ Pai. :P honestly speaking, the most i've ever went up to genting was at Dominic's Villa. I've never visited all those funfair and parks and stuff. But i'm pretty cool with that. you should visit Cameron's someday Pai, it's kinda okay, but smokey and stuff. :disappointed: too much development. I prefer Fraser's Hill, though there's nothing to do there, but the nature and air is better than Cameron's or Genting. Another amendment that should be done to Malaysia : CONTROL DEVELOPMENT. PLEASE.
February 16, 201016 yr Hai Carla... Apa khabar? :awesome: Lyvie! I've never been to Fraser's Hill, either. And while we're on the topic of what a loser I am :P, I've never been to Bukit Tinggi, either. :stunned: Oh, and I agree with that amendment! Frickin towers are beginning to pop up like mushrooms around my place, Taman Tun Dr Ismail. Not good.
February 16, 201016 yr EEEEEEEK! development can be a pain in the ass. :shifty: i dont remember going up Bukit Tinggi, so we're on the same side. :D and the number of times i've been to the foot of Maxwell Hill, but never went up. :shame:
February 16, 201016 yr Never been to Maxwell Hill either... I need to get out more... :shifty: :uhoh:
February 16, 201016 yr But the frickin tolls are expensive, the weather's too hot, and public transport's a bit sh*tty. Add to the list!
February 16, 201016 yr Toll price is rising by the year. :shifty: the roads are so noisy to travel on. There are jams every where. gah. Dear Malaysia. :sigh:
February 16, 201016 yr Author Boo! Cameron is no longer cold as before! :disappointed: But well, anyway, hmmm the breeze is still cool and nice, the sceneries are awesome, and there are still places that we can't find anywhere in Malaysia such as tea plantations and... tea... That is all. :shame: I ate chocolate-coated strawberries up there! :awesome: But mahal gila, 5 pieces for RM2. :wreck:
February 16, 201016 yr RM2 for 5 pieces kira ok la tu... RM4 for 10 pieces. Crap, now I crave strawberries.
February 16, 201016 yr nothing like buah-buahan tempatan. Cameron development too much d. Nature also not as good as Fraser's. i once saw a HUGE tortoise at Fraser's.
February 16, 201016 yr Author AT LEAST, Cameron ain't as well developed as other Malaysian towns. Cameron needs to be developed, but not as a modern town. If I was an urban planner, I'd make Cameron a 'winter town' likevZakopane in Poland, Grenoble in France, Nagano in Japan or Jaca in Spain. :wacky: But we don't have snow, so it's an unrealistic plan. :dozey: :shame:
