But really you should be using a overseas server when you are doing the test,to get the real overall speed test,i used one in auckland....which does not give you the accurate result..because most of my downloading etc is done from overseas sources.

you were probably downloading something at the same time or using some firewall :P

I use a firewall. I didn't even think about that. Would that affect upload speed too though?
