I am working at the weekends at the moment, but its a bit of a lottery of whom a work with.

I work with 4 types of people

1. Easy they call in sick as they have the sniffles

2. I work with inexperinced people who want to learn

3. I work with total thick idiots who wish to nada all shift 12 hours, and look for lame exuceses to duck out of doing anything..

4. I work with someone who has experince, and does a honest days work, sadly these people are few and far betwen when its their turn...

Tonight I working with the 3rd type the total thick idiot..

See the email trial below, I have taken out the sur names for DPA reasons.

1st think Team Daryl ( where the fu´k did he get that from, that sort of sarcamsim does not wash with me, and as for his perfectic excuse about emails and not knowing what to do is just a indiction of how many brains cells he may posses.

The idiot CC in my night manager, in return I CC his team leaders, there was no need to take it as far as he did.. I am wanting to go over and f´´´cking tell him, but I work with a tight team that are normally together on nights and a full on agument is not needed at this time.

I know, I have requested training, but was told that this is not possible. I have tried e.mails & I end up leaving most of them as I cannot make head or tail of them. You´re the man Daryl, nobody does it like you do.

The reason I try to avoid them is that if I have to ask you what I should do with every case, then that is just going to cause friction. We know that you can be quite un-approachable when you´re concentrating Daryl

Thank you and kind regards,

Mark

Fine, but you should try the emails now and again..

Daryl

Hi Team Daryl,

Can we agree on the same as yesterday, that being that you work the e.mails & I will update the queue & tasks?

Mark

I don't understand... what's the problem?

Have the managers/team leaders said anything?

Nada... but I think will be putting in a complaint, as the airhead started to work on a job for a customer.

I asked him if he was doing it, I thought he said yes and he thought I said I was working on it.

Later on I checked to see if there was anywork to do, and the job was still there.

So I asked him, and he said I was working on it etc.

In the end he said I will fucking kick your head in if you dont shut up.

One thing about me. I never sware to people when I am having a augument, and as regards of the offer to beat me up, well I will be complaining, they were witinesses and it will not be me facing the sack.

Its up to me now if I chose to complain or not.

I have changed my mind about putting in a complaint.. it will get complicated and he will be sacked. I just hope when he works with me again, he understands my approach to work is no nonsense sort of stuff, lets get the shit done, then we relax. Its hard enough to get a job in BCN for someone whom is not a local as well paid as the one we do.. other jobs pay piss poor and one will always be stuggling otherwise.

The world is full of these people they are everywhere!!!!
