Put your hands on your back and your foot on your had and jump high

look at your best friend stick out your right hand and slowly drop your thumb then your pointing finger, then your ring finger. then sing "hit the road jack" 5x then drop your 5th finger.

hop around on one foot.

if your friend is cursing you then you have done the dance correctly :P
