I was busy staring at my monitor for like *looks at nearby clock* 10 minutes or something because of the AWESOMENESS.

 

Seriously, that fucking picture ROCKS.

 

And some many details, I love the lighting, the hair, the perspective of the shoes, the rocks (:wink3:), the... the..you know, before I count up every single epic thing on this picture, just let me say that I love this picture to bits. You're a really good artist, and Hoooray for reference pictures! :awesome: You did a good job on their faces, I've never dared to draw one of them just because of the fear what monster I might create! :lol:

It took me a very long time to finish and I'm glad it's completely done now.

I learned that you don't have to be afraid to redraw things if you aren't pleased with them, mostly it turns out way better. You really don't want to see my first attempt at Jonny. :laugh3:

 

Just give it a go, and if you don't like it, have it lie around for a while and start with fresh ideas and views a few months later :P

Just............everything is amazing!!!!!! The detail, the accuracy.....everything! i was gonna post a music festival poster design that i losely based on coldplay for a uni assignment here but....it looks terrible compared to these masterpieces.

While on a hunt for Jonny reference pictures for my BTTF drawing, I came across this pretty picture in the gallery and decided to improve my face drawing skills with it:

 

 

 

 

 

I additionally used a hi-res version of this picture to study the beard and skin as it wasn't so clear on the reference picture

 

 

 

 

 

The final result:

 

 

 

 

 

If anyone wants a version for a wallpaper or something, just post the resolution you need and I'll make one :)
