April 1, 200818 yr The yankees play tonight for the first time! i'm so excited! i know no one really cares about this sport except me, but i don't care. I'm just so excited!
April 1, 200818 yr My partner's a yankees fan, and I'm a Jays fan, so we're just going to agree to disagree tonight, lol. If they weren't playing my Jays, I'd be cheering for NY.
April 2, 200818 yr I don't understand how anyone can cheer for the filthy Yankees unless you're a New Yorker. Even then, I could never support an owner willing to cash out more than what the league is worth for a team that still won't win championships. On a side note, go Jays go!
April 2, 200818 yr Author i'm from new jersey... i really don't feel like doing the steinbrenner arguement, i'm tired. i'll do it tommorow
April 2, 200818 yr REDDDD SOXXXXXXX!!! obviously... my user name is bostonsportstd haha what can you expect?
April 2, 200818 yr ^I figured you'd be one of the first to post here with a username like that!! That was very gracious of you, Justin...well, kind of!:) YAY! I figured I was the only Jays fan on this board! Where in Ontario are you from, Mastradamus? Anyone know who won? I had to go out, so I missed the game.
April 2, 200818 yr wow... what a pitching performance. Dice-K + Okajima + Papelbon = Unbeatable. goooood 2-1 win for the sox tonight!
April 2, 200818 yr Nice! Glad somebody's team won, lol. I had to cheer for the sox last year. One world series win was miraculous, but two = a long-running pennant-winning team. Nice to see the curse is truly broken. The Jays had 2 glory years (Anyone else on here remember '92 & '93?), and I doubt they're due for a hat-trick this year, if last night's game is any indication, but it's early.
April 2, 200818 yr Everyone's type looks a little big. I demand that all of you under go steroid testing today! :P
April 2, 200818 yr Author wow... what a pitching performance. Dice-K + Okajima + Papelbon = Unbeatable. goooood 2-1 win for the sox tonight! so i see we're going to be going at it all year.:P
April 2, 200818 yr ^At least you don't have to worry that you'll be the only one posting in your thread, lol.
April 3, 200818 yr I'm from London, Tracy, where are you from? On another side note, I still have hope for the Blue Jays. Unfortunately, I was too young to remember the glory days (I'm only 16), but I hope to see more glory days sooner than later!
April 3, 200818 yr ^I'm in Kingston, but I was born in TO...not my fault, lol. As long as the Jays play better than the Leafs, there's hope!!
April 3, 200818 yr detroit tigers all the way. the next MURDERERS ROW!In Detroit, it's actually made up of real murderers. :P
April 5, 200818 yr oh man... there are so many blue jays fans in here... they really got to the red sox pitching tonight. but there are 2 more games and im expecting red sox wins in both
April 5, 200818 yr another bad day for the sox. their bats just havent really turned on yet this season... plus its pretty hard to win when you give up 10 runs! oh well theres always tomorrow. I don't see the Red Sox beating Roy Halladay. remember... hes going against JOSH BECKETT (who easily should have won Cy Young last year)
April 5, 200818 yr YAY JAYS!!!:D But I totally agree about Beckett. The man's got an arm and a half and should have won the award!:)
