Could anyone please explain to me how to download it from mirc? :huh:

haha sure, no problem! Ok, i'll explain it the easy way, so you don't have to configure a lot of stuff. Ok, first thing you have to do is download mirc (duh) on http://www.mirc.com Install it and open the mirc exe file.

Once you're in mirc, go to dcc-->options, and in there, dcc again, then folders.Where it's written dcc ignore, turn it to disabeld, and uncheck the lil box that's under that option.

Ok, now that you can receive files, copy and paste this on your internet explorer:

irc://irc.desync.com/mvideos4u

and you'll join the mirc channel that has the video. There, you copy and paste this:

/ctcp Sugarserv Sugardope

and you'll enter a server. there type exactly this:

 

cd 2003

 

cd week30

 

get coldplay-god_put_a_smile_on_your_face-nice-svcd-2003-mv4u_int.mpg

 

and then you're gonna have the video queued. Then you just wait till it's your turn to download. sounds difficult, but it gets very easy with time. :cool:

And yeah, the server disconnects you when you're idle for 30 seconds. sorry, i forgot to tell you that. :confused: But yeah, you can download it even when you're disconnected without problems. Just make sure that you don't close #mvideos4u window and you'll keep downloading. :cool:

indeed. I've only seen the vid 1 time on tv, and it was on a saturday morning. It's impressive how good bands like Coldplay, radiohead, Travis and Muse are never on TRL or similar programs, while we have to keep watching aguileras and britney's all over the place. :angry: kinda sad, you know? :/
