Is it just me... maybe it is, but does Hugh Laurie/Gregory House remind anyone of Coldplay? Strange but, I was watching House M.D. today and I just instantly thought of Chris Martin...

 

 

I agree ! There's a little something about those two that is similar. :)

I think it's the hair and the stubble. That and the fact that I am in love with both House and t'Martin :)

I guess House maybe looks like a cross between Chris and Johnny but twenty years older. Not to mention Coldplay are all nice and House is a jackass. (I know Hugh Laurie isnt mean in real life) :D

I think you're all exactly right. The stubble makes him look.... yes. And, Hugh Laurie is British as well so he has that British look Oh and he sings, plays the Acoustic and Electric Guitar... and the piano so I don't know if that does anything but yeah. I agree with you guys.:thumbsup:

I noticied this similarity /look alike since the first day... i guess if because both are british, just that.

 

and well if Chris that is 30 plays guitar, how Hugh that is much older won't play guitar? :huh:

 

btw although House is a jackass (as someone had said here), i like him, very witty and wisdom character imo.

I think it may be the British similarity but, I do love both of their works. :D

oh, i think that house is a lovely person at heart.

i love that character so much.

i believe he's got a really good heart, but doesn't want to show it because he doesn't want to end up sad or anything.

that character is so complex yet interesting.

I think I see something there. They could be distant cousins, that's not totally impossible.

when i'm obsesed with another artists that are not coldplay, i end finding coldplay resemblaces on them lol, i guess that is for the obsesion with both...

 

 

(I see many resemblances between 'my' David and Chris (real ones, and professional ones, both had worked with the same technicians, and i think David opened Coldplay shows in Portugal or something like that) but i don't open a topic for that lol (both are tall, thin, dance so similar, are funny with their audience, both write dancing and sweet songs... the only difference is that David can and do separate his private life with the professional work)

 

Yep, they do look similar. The general head shape is almost identical, and even the hair line is similar. The only two things I would say are different are the shape of their mouths and eyebrows. Or maybe thats because Chris always has his eyebrows raised... haha. I don't know.

'healthy' obsesions are good from time to time. I mean, my obsesion with House character made me read Sherlock Holmes stories, that's a healty thing i think. :)

Hahaha, no, I love being obsessed. It gives me something to think about all through the day to pass the time, something for me to blab about to people, etc. It's really fun b/c I love having pictures of house and Chris

I have not seen every episode of House, but didnt he fake Cancer so he could get drugs? Does that sound like someone who is good at heart? I saw that episode and it sort of gave away that he was not a good person, just a good doctor.
