A black shirt like Guy Berryman wore on the 2003 DVD concert (and most other concerts). I'm playing bass in a few upcoming shows, and I wanna do the whole black collared shirt with jeans thing.....but I can't seem to find one that's right...any ideas?

Diesel is not from 2003. I think he wants one like this. Not sure what country you're in but most men's shops that sell suits and such would have black button down shirts.

 

 

 

Yeah, but most "dress" shirts that are sold at those shops are meant to be tucked in, and so they're kinda large around the lower area. I think the one Guy's wearing is more of a fitted type shirt.

I think it just fits him like that because of his size/shape. Just looks like a regular shirt to me.

The famous brown shirt.....yummmm the brown shirt *wipes drool from chin* is also a plain shirt, but damn he makes it look rather fitted. :wink3:

 

Yeah, now that black shirt u just posted is definitely a regular dress shirt, but no way that brown one is. And I'm thinking the same about the one in the 2003 dvd.......

A lot if the style/fit has to do with the way they were made during that year, so maybe try a resale shop. I know he likes to buy from retro/ventage resale shops.

Yeah, I'm gonna have to do some serious searching.....and all I'm looking for is a good fitting black shirt geez :P

Express men makes a similar sort of shirt, or if you're in the UK Topman makes fitted black shirts, but I'm pretty sure it's a costlier designer shirt. If you've got the cash I'd stop by one of the more casual-minded small designers.
