plays coldplay as their background music in their documentary and reality shows but never play their videos.

Has anyone noticed that?

They do play the videos here sometimes. :) But a radio channel here uses it as dance background music at night. :?

well, they are playing the scientist now...they have a clip of it after shows...spankin new now features coldplay.

 

also, clocks was on the vh1 countdown, but the scientist was #20 the other day, so i guess they removed clocks automatically. so watch the top 20 countdown to see the scientist, its great!

that's a good point! i never thought about the fact that i think i hear their songs used in the real world episodes rather during video hours.

Amen! Yeah, I am sure the band themselves would be happy that that's the kind of shows there music is played to.

yea they played there there the vid after shows and said "check out radioheads new album hail to ther theif online before it hits stores on june whatever" i hated that because i wanted to see the vid ya know. :-x 8)

oh yeah, they would do that to promote the leak on mtv.com, they did that with madonna and it annoyed that hell out of me. They would keep on playing "american life, i live the american dreeeeam" and i wanted to listen to the entire song but ofcourse it was just a commercial.

yea the chorus of that song is good....i member that! :P

oh i love the chorus but when i heard the entire song i was like ill just stick to the chorus cause the rest sucks, i was a little disappointed cause i love Madonna especially her music now at days but her latest didnt catch my attention at all, my favorite was Music. oh well.

back to coldplay and mtv. they have been playing the scientist but i dont understand, how can it be spankin new if its been around for a while, they should just release GPASUMF and thats it.

and radiohead. it's been ages since i saw a video from them played on much music. much more music plays there there every now and then, but that's it.
