I'm a guy and mine doesnt fall asleep, not even after

*holds a 5 in a row record*

:charming:

i used to get pains/cramps in my legs when i was little... my mum used to say that they were "growing pains"...

i still get them...

and i'll be damned if they're growing pains!

if they were, i'd be about 8 foot tall now instead of 5 foot nothing :blank:

har har har :cheesy:

agh, same, those were TERRIBLE. and not worth it, because i'm pretty short :P

i still get them too, but usually only if i've been really active or standing a lot that day. apparently they can also be caused by lack of potassium, which i get next to none of

I get "charlie horses" when I have had too much to drink, or don't take my vitamins regularly. They usually bolt me straight out of bed and it makes me shriek out with pain.

Anyone else ever get them?

that is the WORST freakin' feeling in the world, i remember that happened to me in the middle of a date at a restaurant, i tried to hide it but my facial expressions gave it away

I'm hanging off my bed at the moment. So the backs of my arms are not getting any circulation.... I need to get a desk and comfy chair ASAP.

I got a very bad cramp in my leg the other night. It was almost as excruciating as hearing Sticktoria Beckham sing!!:stunned:
