anyone having problems receiving there confirmatin email? :S

 

seems to be taking wayyyy to long getting rather arsey

Mine came through about 5 minutes ago. Don't worry too much.

Ian's had his but I've not had mine. The notification page said to wait 3 hours before panicing. so i have approx 1.5 hours to wait :D

yep I got mine within 30 minutes.

Did someone try gigsandtours from an overseas country ?

Not being from UK caused me troubles and i'm not sure i'll receive the mail now...

Same thing for me (Switzerland)

not got mine yet either. checked the time of my screen shot, and its 46 mins til the 3 hours is up

click the link for lost refernce number and it asks for your postcode & last 4 digits of card used.

 

it confirmed there was an order and sent me a new email which I just received. I assume the first one is lost in space somewhere lol

SO when you are from overseas you just add your country at the address line and everything will be alright?

should be, however this following FAQ applies to overseas purchasers:

 

I live outside the UK. Will you mail my tickets to me?

It is not always possible to post tickets overseas. You will need to collect them at the venue, if:

- the tickets would normally be despatched by secure mail (£4.80 transaction fee), or

- the event is less than 20 days away.

 

In these circumstances, or if you have requested to collect your tickets from the venue, they are available for collection one hour prior to the start of the performance. Please take the card you booked with, and quote your reference number when you collect your tickets.
