Now we just saw the set list and heard an awesome concert. We heard songs we knew we would such as lovers in japan and clocks. we were surprised by somethings such as square one in the middle of the set. But it was awesome

The next step

Giving us something different at the next show. I would love to hear some classics such as shiver, spies, don't panic, the scientist, amsterdam or even see you soon. Also i think they should at some point put in daahf and cemetaries

I saw coldplay 3 times on their previous tour, and I have to say, with the twisted logic tour I was very disapointed. The exact same setlists almost the entire 3 times. I agree, I really want them to play older stuff mixed in with new. I would die to hear amsterdam, daylight etc. I wonder what they will open with now!

i don't think this setlist is anything like what we will see on the US tour. there were only 16 songs... i think they just made an abbreviated setlist since this wasn't really an average concert. but if they have people paying over $100 for their tickets... they better be playing a lot more than 16 songs at their real shows! i think twisted logic tour usually had 22 or something.

 

but i do hope they switch it up night to night. since i am seeing them twice in three days it would be nice to hear some different songs so i actually feel good about spending all that money to see them twice. i think the scientist will definately be in there and i hope as well that they surprise us with an amsterdam or see you soon.

 

and about them not playing cemeteries and daahf... i was very disappointed too because those are two of my favorites. but those are defiantely two songs that seem as though they would be hard to nail live so maybe those are some of the songs that caused the 'production delays.' i really think/hope that these will regularly be in the setlist by the US tours.

ooo daylight would be awesome! i doubt we'd get it though, it didn't even make live 2003. :bigcry:
