We went out for sushi, and we did our secret santa exchange... which was kinda weird :P We had to get a present that could go to any of us, and did the lottery there :P Good thing it was all girls as it made the shopping a bit easier, it would've been tricky to find a present that could go to a girl or a boy :P

it's sooo hot outside, I went to the mall and there was too many people and it was too hot outside and I had to walk from the subway to my house so I'm melting xD

Yeah black ice is pretty scary stuff, especially in my old little car! My sister's partner has a 4x4 he's offered to lend me, but it's manual and I've only driven automatics for 10+ years, maybe not a good idea!

Jamaica is the name of a plant, here they sell the flowers of it dried.

 

 

And then you boil them, mix it with water and sugar, add some ice cubes or keep it in the fridge to cool a bit and taddaaa!!!

You've got some delicious jamaica water :wacky: It's really refreshing, and my favorite to cool down on a hot day :nice:

 

 

I guess it's one of those really mexican things :P
