here we don't have subtitles... is just a voice that goes in spanish instead of english when the character speaks, so no subtitle.

 

although our dubbers are really good ones, but it doesn't make good to help people learn and practices a language. :\ that's the problem of it.

 

well only some times films are subtitled, on some cinema programme devoted to any author theme (that is good old films which are broadcasted ver late at night, and which i use to watch in summer), and most those films are in italian, french, or swedish. :thinking:

My little sister went to go see them a few weeks ago! She said it was great. She definitely has pretty good taste in music for a 16 year old. Not that 16 year olds in general have bad taste in music, but at least my sister's friends don't... so I'm proud of my sister for liking good music! :lol:

I studied spanish up until a year ago, but I feel like I've forgotten so much of it. I probably just need to use it more, but I never really have the opportunity for it. I always feel so guilty because so many people around the world can speak English, and most Americans can't be bothered to learn another language. :(

We should practice together.. I always tell Ari that i'll speak spanish with her, but we never do. I'm so lazy and embarassed to make mistakes.

AND i'm never gonna pronounce a word in Dutch to Carla.. that's just impossible ! :shame:

Yeah subtitles are great, especially on dvd's cause you can switch them off! I always switch them off cause I get really annoyed by bad subtitles!! :\

 

 

Edit: If there is a foreign language I'd want to learn it is Spanish, but I'd probably suck at it.. Just like I suck at French! :confused:

hey here is not like that... you see the famouse actor but you don't hear his real voice, cause you listen the dubbed one in spanish. so you hear it directly in spanish so is not that odd... but i think we should see things in original version so to improve languages. :)

and subtitles are an option that txt allows on each channel here, you can even follow spanish series with subtitles (which are for deaf people).
