I'm feeling a bit better yes.. Tho' because I haven't been eating enough for the past 3 days, when I do to much I feel like passing out.. So I'll stay home for tomorrow too, just to recover my strength a bit. I almost passed out this morning when I was doing my laundry! :\

The rest of my day has been laaaaazzyy!! I've been on the couch a lot and tried to eat a bit.. I lost 3 kilos over the past 3 days!! (which would be useful if I had to fit in say a wedding dress or something)

But I've always been easy when it comes to losing weight, when I buy something that fits perfectly this week, it will be too big in a month.. Especially jeans, that's hell, I tell ya! I finally fit in my skinny jeans I bought last year! :\

If you haven't eaten properly in the last 3 days you gotta try with stuff that won't be so hard with your stomach. Soups are great. Soft and warm and very likely to stay in and make you feel a bit better :nice:

aww that sucks... I'm a bit in the heavy side for my liking but i;ve been'stable for years. and Idon't feel like doing anything about it :P

if you want I know this awesome diet... it's called the concert diet... you get frigging excited for days before want feel like eating much, andwon't have time either, then when it's over youll be buzzing for days and won't feel hungry either.. works like a charm ;)
