spanish coldplayers are planning to send them an e-mail and ask them to let them get the tickets in the venue (Wembley) that way they will be sure they get the tickets.

but i guess it will be allowed to attend the concert with the ticket reserve confirmation printed, it should work like that, will say your names, the seat and stuff like that i guess.

if you want to know more about the spanish way to solve it, ask ColdplayerMálaga.

 

they should give a proper solution to that, is not fair what they are doing, in my opinion, pay for a ticket and send them to the users later, it'll ruin many plans for people :(
