What race are your running in? I ran in the Nike Human Race 10K on 8/31.

My official time was 1:12. The race was run on a hot night in Chicago and, unfortunately, it was pretty disorganized for a Nike event; but, we were treated to a free Fall Out Boy concert at the end.

Well, when is the Liverpool 10K scheduled for? If you're currently running, you may have time enough to train.
