At the Hartford show, it was clearly Chinese Sleep Chant. That song had so many cool laser effects, it put Clocks to shame. The whole package put together of the dreamy, spacey music along with the amazing laser effects made it visually one of the most amazing things I've seen.

 

In previous tours I'd have to say Politik, but on this tour Chinese Sleep Chant is just too new and original, it wins.

:D ^ The b-stage part looks great actually ! although they stopped doing CSC there in Europe.. so it'd be GPASUYF and Talk for me for the same reasons you mentionned !

I must say those do look amazing!!....But i like when they do speed of sound or square one; they use the same lights for both!!!!

well you have a point; i recently recorded almost the entire sydney gig by sigur ros, and the song that is most viewed & commented on is 'gobbledigook', the one that they gave the novel butterfly treatment to. it's clearly not their best song but the crowd underneath the butterflies did go wild. however, i did really like the background video of japanese life & stuff that they played during 'lovers in japan'. for me though, although best song 'clocks', the best artistic impression goes to 'politik' for the emotion on chris' face during the second half and the punishment taken by his piano stool. The first time I saw this live at the Today Show I was like :stunned:

 

and then in Chicago...they just all rocked this song so hard. I just remember thinking WOW...it blew me away.
