debs will probably be the one to set the DEADLINE, because she's the one that's giving the cards to the guys. we assume that this deadline will be sometime in mid december, around christmas.

 

this is what i say:

for the sake of argument, let's say debs will deliver the cards on december 13 (right before the O2 gig). that means we should make sure she has all the cards by...december 10 at the latest. meaning the deadline for sending should be...november 30th at the ABSOLUTE LATEST?

what do you say?

 

if people think it would be helpful, i plan to put together some sort of crude table with each region in it, and the date that the coldplayers in that region should have their cards in the mail by for best results.

ok, so if for the sake of argument the DEADLINE is november 30, then the START DATE in my mind should be november 1.

 

if the start date is november 1, i think we should announce the address on october 30.

Now, does Debs know that we had wanted this to happen around Christmas? Sorry, I missed a few pages back there so I apologize if this has already been asked. I just think it would be a good idea if she knew about our intended timeline first.
