Really? I'll have a look then. Are they in the normal pie section?

Well I have no idea about the pies. I meant the whole pumpkins!!:D

Are you back in England then?

Until a few hours' time, yes!

Did you not hear about the Travis concert and my encounter with Chris Martin outside the venue??

I did! I actually wrote a comment in the thread. You're so lucky!!

Those things only seem to happen in London. A friend of mine went there about three months ago and Jude Law apparently walked past them when they were in Hyde Park!

And people keep bumping into George Michael in various public toilets round the capital, too, for some reason!!

Only in gay clubs though.

I've only ever met an Everton player and that was in our local Asda.

Store-bought pumpkin pies are ok, but they nowhere near as good as homemade ones. And homemade ones are easy- toss a can of pumkin (canned is best for pie), milk, sugar, eggs, and spices into a blender, mix it up, pour it in a pie shell, and bake. Good stuff. :nice:

Sounds good, i might give it a try for Halloween. Not sure if they have canned pumpkin in England though.

Yakubu. I didn't. I was actually there with an Evertonian but she was to shy to say anything plus he was in the queue when we spotted him.

Woo thanksgiving. It means I am still awake right now and thankfully I don't ahve to wake up early for school tomorrow.

I think we're having chicken this year strangely.

Spare a turkey, slice a chicken?? A turkey flew into our shop window the other day - probably retaliation for the up-coming turkey season..
