Heh... I went to a private school with these nasty polyester uniforms. Seriously, if you tried to iron the pleats into the skirt, it would melt. Literally. Melt. They've updated the uniforms since then- but not before I had to wear one for a good 6 years or so. :(

Oh i liked ties at first but wearing them 8 hrs everyday for 11 years made me sick of them, i like them now especiall cos i'm not forced to wearthem like before haha

Yeah, here public school means free school run by the government and open to the public. Private school means run by a private organization with tuition and all.

Yeah, a lot of my class did too. (Though I never got a chance.) Apparently the polyester burned bright neon green. Kinda freaky.
