I just finished it, I'm on Chasing Cars now

 

I'm working on a cover of Run BTW. I'm gonna do all the instruments myself, and I'll add in the strings with my keyboard. So now when I listen to it I'm always air-drumming to dry to get it down perfect (I'm a terrible drummer:rolleyes:)

I take guitar lessons, I start vocal lessons tomorrow, I'm self-taught at piano, never any formal training in bass or drums.:thinking:

 

Guess that's why I suck at them so much. :lol:

 

The Run drum part is so easy, yet I can't stop messing up. I just don't have good hand-foot coordination unless it's playing guitar or piano and operating a pedal.:\

thanks, but not really. Piano came easy after learning guitar, and I'm really no good at bass unless I play with a pick. And I am terrible at drums. It's probably gonna take me like a week to get down the Run part. It took my drummer literally about 8 seconds. It's that easy.:rolleyes:

Really though, I think I only shine above anyone else in my songwriting. I'm most proud of the thoughts and emotions I put to paper and how I can express things in a way that people can (hopefully) relate to.
