Pseudonym
Chris Martin! Bono! Tom Chaplin! Who was that playing the piano towards the beginning?
RedGirl76
That version was total crap! Post the original please, or not at all!:dozey: Don't be an old misery, I'm old enough to remember the original too, and while "20" doesn't have the same resonance, it's still a good version Chris Martin! Bono! Tom Chaplin! Who was that playing the piano towards the beginning? I'm tempted to say Thom Yorke - I'm sure it was Radiohead, Paul McCartney & the drummer from Supergrass that recorded the backing track a couple of days before the vocals were done
Kackie
lol, I agree with whoever said this song has always been cheesy. Sure, it's fantastic for people like Sting and Bryan Adams and Bono and Phil Collins, or Chris Martin and Dido and Radiohead or whatever, to get together and make a video and it's all for a great cause... but it's just... I don't know, lol. I always wince a little. Just a little.
