Hello and welcome to the first ever Coldplaying Committee Newsletter! YAY!, This is a monthly newsletter to tell you what has happened in the Coldplaying Committee! and also to find out what is going to happen!. This is THE Place and can only be found in the Coldplaying Committee thread!

With every committee, you need members! And we have a great team who are as follows!:

Our First Meeting

 

Our first meeting took place on 29th December 2008 and was very productive which involved the return of the famous Mystery games, a brand new arcade tournament and how to get more promotion in Coldplaying!

 

The Return Of The Mystery Games!

 

As I have already said, in our first meeting we discussed the return of the famous Mystery games and I can tell you that they are returning in a different form very soon and I can promise you that it is going to start with a BANG! and there will be a lot of surprises along the way and that I am the only Committee member who knows what is going to happen so as to make the surprise even better, I can promise you it will be great!

 

The BIG Arcade Tournament

 

In the meeting we discussed how we thought the Arcade section of the forum should be incorperated more into the life of Coldplaying and that is why we are going to make a HUGE Arcade tournament, more info will be revealed at the next meeting where we will discuss what games to have in the tournament!

 

More Promotion On Coldplaying!

 

We discussed the decline of popularity for annual events on Coldplaying so we are fighting for more promotion on Coldplaying for events, so little 'notices' in your signature at the time of these events would be good to promote the events, as they say, every little helps! ;)

 

The Next Meeting:

 

Our next meeting will take place on 17TH JANUARY 2009 at 18:00GMT and will end at 20:00GMT. It will take place in The Coldplaying Committee thread and is open to everyone!

 

Design Us A Logo!

 

We thought that we need a logo for the Committee so we are holding a competition to create us a logo!, The deadline for logo's is 23.59GMT on 13th January and a poll will start on 14th January to decide which one will win, the poll will close at 12:00GMT on 17th January and the winner will be formally announced at our meeting at 18:00GMT on 17th January. GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE WHO ENTERS!

 

The Coldplaying Charity Club

 

The Coldplaying Charity Club is a very important part of Coldplaying and I really want to promote it more to people so I will be making a little speech at the next meeting about the club, so look forward to it ;)

Me and other members of the Committee have some great ideas for new projects, so to find out our new projects first, please come to our next meeting!
