"Hi Guitarists,

 

Alright I'm trying to learn this song, but I'm having trouble, heres the tabs to the first part of the intro:

Now see where I've written problem area, well I think there's something missing in this tab, yet I don't know what i should play. I practiced that part for about 30 minutes and playing it back over the record, but kept getting muddled. Anyone got any suggestions as to what might go there.

 

Heres the complete tabs, can someone check them for me to make sure they're right and i'm not learning something which is just a load of muddle:laugh3:"

Right So Puzzling gave me some help and it sounds alot better, if you're having trouble work on your timing.

This part is kind of tricky, the lead guitar is hard to hear, but this is

basically what the guitar plays combined a little with the vocal melody...

It works fairly well, but play around with it a bit. Listen to the recording

and you'll hear the basic idea.

I just tried out that tab (the intro), and I think it's pretty good.

I made some minor adjustments to the part in question (might not be correct, but I think it sounds better), and did a quick sound recording.

To sum it up: I think the tab is decent and doesn't seem to lack any major part in the intro. Maybe you just got to work on the timing?

Yeah I did find the timing a little hard, I didn't really know how fast I had to pull off and hammer on.

Hehe, If I learn this one...I should then be able to learn High Speed, thats the only song where I was just totally muddled :P
