My pc is 4 years old, but I didn't use it really often since I have a laptop. My laptop is currently at a service center so I have to use this pc lol

 

OK, I just downloaded SpeedFan Temperature Detector and it shows too many readings :confused:

That means your pc's power supply has worn off pretty much. This could be another reason of the sudden shut downs. Maybe it's both - your hot CPU and the damaged Power Supply. A new power supply is pretty expensive and I'm not quite sure if it makes sense anyway.

It might be cheaper to buy a whole new computer

I just moved my computer to another room, and it works fine :dozey:

Mate, your media player driver is sither corrupr or is conflicting with the other driver responsible for playing videos. I suggest that you reinstall the software and your system will be up and running in a very short while.

 

Alternatively what you can do is format your system....it mite sound a big thing but you can format your system keeping all your data intact. Try it if that fails pls revert with the error message.
