Okay just a little inside joke from the world of music in response to the "radiohead are poor" thread.

 

THE POINT

 

Sometimes I feel like this forum is like two nations. On one hand we have the Coldplay section with all their crazy fangirls/fanboys and big sigs about how much they love so and so in the band.

 

Then we have the World of Music section which is inhabited by a mix of Coldplay lovers but also a lot of people who once had a burning passion for Coldplay but the love affair is over and they post away with their Thom Yorke avatar's and Radiohead lyrics in their siggys.

 

Then somebody makes a thread about how they don't like Radiohead and they get mauled.

 

Then Bono calls Chris Martin a wanker and it turns into a U2 vs. Coldplay battle.

My last post in here about Coldplay as a Coldplay fan was in 2006.

Well, they kinda died after AROBTTH.

I think Viva la Vida or Blahblahshittitle was really good. Even better than A Rush of Blood to the Head.

It was good, but not great.

Neither was A Rush of Blood to the Head. =(

 

I can't really argue this, because I'm absolutely tired of Coldplay.

I didn't mean that you had to pack up and leave, I was just wondering how you would have even found out about this place if you weren't a coldplay fan to begin with.

I think we all were hardcore coldplay fans at first but not so much after some years, i'm part of the 2001 cp fans and i was in love with them after i listened parachutes and then a rush of blood but it went downhill after that for me :(

I'm still waiting for their "ok computer" haha.
