I've been a Coldplay fan since I first heard "Yellow". After my Coldplay tribute song "You & Me" this is another song which was heavily inspired by Coldplay, this time "Viva la vida".

You need to relax. Sometimes people just don't see something, no need to take it personally.

 

 

 

I am listening and I must say I love the song. Your overall sound (especially your voice) really reminds me of Oasis. You have some great melodies going here and I love the lyrics. Very well done.

I don't really care for Viva La Vida that much.

That's ok. "Viva" isn't my favourite song either. This one is not a copy, it is a quite different song. It inspired me to write a more positive/uplifting song though. Most of my other songs are melancholic rather than happy.

Took a listen, was pretty good. Sort of reminded me of Mew.

I'd say that 80% of people who come on here to promote their own music, especially when associating it with Coldplay...end up being original and boring to listen.

 

But I must say it is refreshing to see somebody with some real talent :P

Of course I'd also like people to listen to my music, but the truth is I'm a real Coldplay and a-ha fan - I have all their records and go to their concerts. :-)

 

I just don't like talking about Chris Martin's new haircut or discussing why Bono needs to insult Coldplay to get some promotion.

I wear the shirt because I went to the concert because I like Parachutes and AROBTTH.
