^ I'm pretty sure it is. If you post in a bunch of threads and have several conversations at once, you could reach there easily, given you have a proper Internet conncetion speed.

 

The handbook of post whoring states the easiest way to get posts is to post in the games areas (lounge games and WoM games) and the introducing area ;)
