A US man has been arrested on drugs charges after behaving like a dog in public.

 

The 32-year-old, from Mansfield, Texas, was reported to police after being spotted growling and eating mud as he crawled on his hands and knees.

 

Meanwhile, another witness revealed that she had seen him eating dog food.

 

A bottle of PCP, a half-pound of marijuana and a one-quarter ounce of crack cocaine were found in the man's possession after he was confronted by police.

 

The man is currently being held at a detention centre. Authorities have confirmed that wardens are keeping a close watch over his behaviour.
