this has been mentioned before.. but whatever.. they're both good songs. I'm sure that people will fill this thread with Ashlee Simpson hate, which is pointless... we don't need to hate on anyone who happens to sing the same note as Chris :rolleyes:

like I said, both songs are good, and the similiarity isn't really a big deal.

other way around. X&Y came out before she ripped it off. And unlike the satch cases that pick out tiny melodies and chord structures, she clearly and intentionally ripped off square one. I'd suggest reversing the artists in the thread title.
