I've never made a website, so I really wouldn't know about that. For the most part, I don't even think you CAN make a website for free. You go to a site like GoDaddy.com, and you pay a monthly fee to keep a domain name.

 

I'm not positive, though. You might wanna do a bit of research on that front.

I googled it and there seems to be rather a lot actually!
