Well it is, it's not the red light thing, when I turn it on, it takes more time than usual to load, everything is normal with the menu but then it doesn't load any profile, so I try to recover the gamertag, and then a message appears saying that it is not possible to load anything because there is no memory on my xbox ??? I have the one with a harddisk of 120 gb, any ideas of the problem?

Sounds like the hard-drive has suffered a mental breakdown and has gone on holiday to be with Jordan, leaving you with something which used to be a hard-drive, but doesn't function like a hard-drive.

 

i have no idea on the consumer protection you have in Italy, so I can't advise you on what to do.
