I hate it when...

Sorry but I just don't want to see that. Yay you're happy to have a special someone, but get a room and keep your pictures to yourself!

The worst is when they are photoshopped and/or have a cheesy words written on them.

I agree also.

YES. couldn't agree more

I don't understand why "lovers" take pictures like that together anyway, is it to show the world that they are together?

It just doesn't make sense to me, I was asking a girl about this lately as her msn picture was her and her boyfriend kissing while naked (although thankfully it was only shoulders and up you could see).

She gave me a pretty decent answer for why she had it as her picture actually, but that is only relative to her situation, as for why the picture existed in the first place her only answer was "it was my boyfriend's idea" another failed attempt by me to understand "people"

ahahah those with cheesy words are AWESOME

not.

They're just plain ugly..

I kind of agree with you though, i'm not crazy about photos of couples kissing but i don't really mind them if i don't have to look at them often

Another thing that I wouldn't like about posting a picture like that for the world. Its awkward when/if you break up. I mean just having a bunch of profile pictures of you and an ex-lover kissing could set you into hysteria.
