we're almost half way through 2009. so i thought this would be agood time to have a mid year look at our favourite music so far this year. this is not a poll or anything i just thought it would be interesting to see what people have been loving the most so far this year.

hope nobody was put off by my top 5 aussies albums. im not expecting everyone to make a list of their fave aussie albums of the year. heck if i cant reach 5 albums i highly doubt anyone else will.

 

how many people have actually heard more than 5 albums from 2009?

alot of love for U2. .............

 

i know that not everyone listens to as much music as i (and some people on this forum) do. but i cant help but feel that the fact that neither coldplay nor radiohead have released an album this year and muse aren't releasing until september has something to do with everyone listening to fewer albums.

 

have some people taken a little break from music this year? or is June a little early to start choosing the best albums from this year??
