This year or maybe early next year it'll "end" but of course they're just sweeping it under the rug like Bush did with the 2001 recession and in a few years it'll come back bigger and worse, while the fundamentals of the economy are worse. But I have faith in the liquidity they're pumping into the markets in the short term(few years) cause a "recovery", but its all smoke and mirrors because nothing Bush did or Obama has done so far is addressing the main problems.

Don't you know you spend and borrow your way into prosperity! And when you're in trouble from too much spending and borrowing the solutions is more! You understand more about economics then leaders of our government, lol.

I'm far more worried about nationalized health care... :worried:

Where I live, recession is really just an excuse for whenever something doesn't go the way someone want to be. We were never in the actual thing. For example you go into a restaurant on a saturday night in summer and there aren't that many people dinning, there's a 90% chance the manager will say "Yeah we're in a recession that why no one is here, people try to save money", maybe some of them are, but that's not the only reason there's no people, it could be that your food is crap or they prefer to spend their weekend at a cottage or something. They also use that when they're hiring people, if you're 14-16 years old that's probably the answer you'll get, some shitty answer about how they can't afford new to employ new people, but if a college student walks in that would be a whole different story. They just don't want to hire young teenagers. And seriously if we were in it they wouldn't have built a new mall, a movie theatre, 2 new grocery stores, and about 5 new restaurants in the area in the past year. So I have no clue when it will end

end of rant.

If the market were free we'd never have gotten into this recession in the first place.

Yeah but a free market wouldn't work for Goldman Sachs...:veryangry2:

Fuck Goldman Sachs!

Fuck Goldman Sachs!

Government Sachs is the more correct name. They're on of the driving forces behind higher oil prices too.
