Homecoming..I'm still confused!

Featured Replies

So I know the song Homecoming by Kanye West has been out for a while but I'm still confused.

I saw the Oracle's response about Homecoming and with John Legend...so was Chris playing the piano in the song? I guess he didn't write that part...?

And does anyone know why Homecoming doesn't say (feat. Chris Martin?) That always annoyed me... Everyone always seems surprised when I tell them "Yeah that's Chris Martin from Coldplay singing!"

I really do like the song, and Chris' part is amazing. Thank you for your patience.

The song Homecoming by Kanye West that Chris Martin collaborated on...his vocals are in it and I think he's playing the piano...

Homecoming is a track by Chris & 'Ye ...

(And as far as I know Chris is credited in the album & on the album cover?)

Home is a track based of the same sample and with the same 'Ye lyrics, but on the refrain there is John Legend.

Home was only released on Mixtapes.

Did this help you in any way?

how come I've never heard of any of this? :(

Maybe you don't like rap - like most of the dudes on here? ;)

I guess

Do you want to listen to the song, or did you find it already? :D

Where to look?

I guess I want to hear it, I'm curious. So Chris doesn't rap but he's in a rap song?

^can't believe you didn't know about this. It's pretty nice I find.

Chris recorded the piano part and a vocal for the chorus. His piano is put in an MPC though!

I really like this song. I should buy it. My brother once asked me if I could play it (the piano parts), because he thought it sounded really cool, but I'm not that talented on my keyboard. :(
