No real reason, the house wasn't built with air con. Seeing as there tends to be blackouts on really hot days here there's no point at times, but other days, you just head to the pool I suppose.

Also, opening windows FAILS. You let the heat in despite the ventilation.

It's really hot today here.

 

I don't like going to the pool on very hot days. Too many people.
