That sucks, the only time I had a problem with anything from Amazon was when I ordered a new ligature for my clarinet and they sent a saxophone one, but the seller responded to me. :happy:

Normally sellers are good at responding, but not this guy. I think he now has 4/5 days to reply to the claim otherwise it will be closed and decided in my flavour
