I'd love to see Buffalo kick Miami's ass this year.

Just got home from work and saw this post.

That's simply not going to happen.

Laura leaves right as I get back on :(

She left like 2 or 3 hours ago.

Lulz.

:sweatdrop:

When is really the appropriate time to use that smiley?

Fangirls use it to show how much a musician makes em' sweat.

Why is it that even after MC Squared is added to my ignore list his threads still appear?

Because he's a magical troll.

I haven't ignored him, I try reeeaaaaally hard not to mess with him, or even talk to him.

If you do, he'll just get attatched to you.

Hello Tammi,

How are you today?

Hopefully the weather in Canada is good?

Here it is sunshine and 16 degrees C.

I'm good, just got up. :awesome:

Yeah, it's 6 degrees outside right now. :awesome:

Yeah, the nights are cold. The other night it was 3-4 degrees during the night. But down on the very surface of the ground it was 0 degrees (grass rimy = white from rime).

Yesterday my neighbour and I walked down to the nearby lake. Very close to the lake we saw a heron (fishing heron) standing quite still, so we nearly did not see it.

A little later we saw a white car with two holes from shots in the windshield! An anticlimax.

Last Saturday at the station 1 minute from where I live a man sat in his car waiting for green light as another car drove up beside him - the driver got out of his car and shot at the man in the other car and the shot hit him in the thigh! Then the shooting man disappeared. When the police questioned the victim the next day, the victim would not say anything. So the shooting man has not been found.

Cool!

What is a fishing heron?

Oh, that's not good.

Cool!

Link to Wikipedia with a description and picture of a "Fiskehejre". Then I pressed: Oversæt for a translation. In English it is called a "Grey Heron"

http://da.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fiskehejre

Gray heron (Latin Ardea cinerea) feed on small fish, frogs and crustaceans. And it captures its prey in shallow water lakes and bogs and along seashores. Gray heron is standing in water and fishing there instead of on a branch or a stone. It can go into the water without getting wet feathers because it has long legs. It makes it always so that its shadow falls on land. Once it is in search of food, it is completely still in the water and lurking, or else it goes quiet in the water.

Fish Herons have long yellow legs and long, yellow beak. They are usually 96 cm.

Gray heron is a common breeder in Denmark and broods in small or large colonies in tall trees, in both lakes and the beach. There are over 100 heron colonies in Denmark. When a heron is scared to lose a battle , stretching the neck forward as a sign of surrender.

Gray heron comes to Denmark in early March and fly to Southern France, Spain or Portugal in September- October. It becomes more and more common as a winter visitor from the north.

No, that is not good at all - it is actually a bit scary. The other night I woke up at 1:30 with no apparent reason. At 1:32 I heard something that sounded like a shot - maybe a shot woke me up? I think it was a shot I heard, but not 100% sure, only 99,9999999%.
