Is there a way to like, turn down songs?

Every time a song off The Beautiful Letdown comes on my iPod it's superduper loud and I almost have a heart attack and go deaf. :sad:

Yeah, if you're using itunes, just right click on the songs and I'm not sure what tab to choose because I don't have itunes right now, but there's one that lets you adjust the loudness.

i think there should be a volume tab. normally I would edit the volume in sony vegas but I think the sound engineer would've fix that :thinking:
