I've done 3 pages worth of notes so far. Only done with about 10 pages of the textbook (out of 90). It's massive.

Yea, but we have to get the material in somehow. We HAVE to get through all thirty some chapters by May or whenever we do the AP test. Every week we have to take notes for an entire chapter (they average about 40 pages or so). By the end of the year I'll have hundreds of pages of notes on this book lol.

Your guys' history HW sounds so much more time consuming than mine. I have to read three chapters(about 60 pgs), then answer the multiple choice questions in a packet they gave us(about 15pgs) and label two maps and that's it.

Erm no. The whole point of a pre test is to figure out what kind of knowledge the students already have, before doing any studying. Personally, I think you should just get to skip the class if you ace the pretest. Fucking waste of time. I got a 100 on the final that year (only person in the class). If you could just take a pretest to skip a class I doubt I'd still be in high school...
