Darlene_Ihnfsa
well first of, if it fits better another section, mods be free to move it, secondly, if there's already an existing thread, feel free to merge it. general question: what you consider will make an artist be the best? his/her behave on stage? his/her attitude with their fans? his/ her voice, lyrics, music? his/her personal life? combination of those 4 things, any other? please, do explain your answers. ex.: his/her behave on stage cause is energetic and expressive.... discuss. ricardo
Music reflects everything, it's lyrics and melodies that blow you away, I don't care if they don't sign me an autograph as long as they come with an excellent record. I don't care if they are shine on stage or do not show up much, unless we are talking about models. Personal life may affect alittle, but it's not the most important. I mean if I suddenly heard my fav is a murder I would stop buying his stuff, but would not stop listening to him

Darlene_Ihnfsa
interesting answer ricardo. so if an artist were a murder, you would still listen to the artist works (i guess you refer to the previous works of which you already own a copy). so for you the most important is that the artist is talented. musical skills only i guess. so you don't care much if is expressive or not? Ceckers
An artist is a good artist based on how he/she/they performs/perform the songs... and connect with the crowd :nice:
