My friend got me into this band, they're a "Brechtian punk cabaret" duo from Massachusetts. I would call them "gothic" in some form but apparently the singer hates that, so I won't. A whole lot darker than I normally listen to, but they're quite good; "Gravity" is one of the best songs I've heard recently. Their music videos are quite good, too. I've only really listened to the first album so far, my friend says it's the best. Good stuff.

I had never heard anything but the name until this year when she started dating one of my favorite authors Neil Gaiman. She's crazy but I like her. Their music is not exactly my thing, but it's well done.
